• How long does it take for my order to be made?

Usually it takes 5-7 working days for the order to be shipped as everything is made to order. However, we aim to make it as quick as possible and YOU will be notified when your order is on it's way. During busy periods it can take a bit longer. If ordering for Christmas, please do not leave to the last minute. 

• Shipping cost and times?

Christmas orders cut off date: 15/12/2022 23:59

All orders placed by this time will be shipped by the 19-21st December (due to Royal mail strikes we try using DPD as much as we can, but unfortunately some postcodes are affected and we cannot even use dpd to certain areas). 

All orders placed from 16/12/2022 onwards might be delivered in time for Christmas, but it can be delayed and not arrive in time. Thank you for your understanding and supporting small business.

ROYAL MAIL strikes might delay the delivery. Please choose DPD tracked delivery if possible.

COVID-19 UPDATE: working as usual, but with possible slight delays due to our suppliers. Some items can take a bit longer than the others.

• What should I do if my order did not arrive?

          Please contact us if you have any worries. Usually we cannot claim the item lost if 10 (for UK orders) and 25 working days did not pass (for international orders). If that time passed and you still have no order, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement whichever you prefer.

• Can I buy a Gift Card?

Yes of course! Find it here. If you need a specific amount - contact us and we'll make it available.

• Can I send my own design to you?

Of course! Send an enquiry to info@artsyclothing.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

• The cost of custom designed t-shirt?

It all depends on the difficulty of the design: how long does it takes for us to design it; do you have clear or vague idea, etc. Starting from £35.

• Quality of the t-shirts, baby clothes?

The standard t-shirts (men and women) are 96% ringspun cotton and 4% elastane. 

Hoodies are 80% cotton and 20% polyester (or similar).

Baby clothes are 100% soft and comfy cotton.

• Care instructions?

Hand painted garments are machine washable up to 30C degrees on gentle cycle (we recommend using 'hand wash mode' on your washing machine (reversed inside out) or hand wash. The garments that are not hand painted can be washed in the washing machine up to 40C degrees (reversed inside out). Do not use fabric softener/conditioner (it eats up the paint!).

Do not iron directly on the print nor use a tumble dryer!

• Do you offer a gift wrapping?

Every order is carefully wrapped with love. If you have specific requirements please let us know.

• Do you include invoice in the package?

No, we do not include invoices, all our packages are invoices-free. If you however require printed invoice, you can leave a note on checkout and we will print it for you.
